Belmont

The clients needed a guest/office space and a garage in their backyard to ease pressure on the small home in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte.  Working with the slope of the land, we designed a garage with a full apartment above that fit with the aesthetics of the neighborhood and conformed to the strict zoning regulations.
