Remodel Sedgefield

The homeowners’ main floor was functioning well for them, but they needed more bedrooms and bathrooms too accommodate a growing family. By leaving the existing footprint as-is and adding a full second story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the design preserved what was working while adding much-needed space!
